The DBA Bench Bar Conference will once again be held at the magnificent Horseshoe Bay Resort. Registrants and exhibitors must make their own hotel reservations.

Please note that this year's conference will begin Wednesday evening and end Friday afternoon. CLE programming will still begin Thursday at lunch. You may extend your hotel stay before or after the conference. Consecutive nights qualify for the discounted room rate.
Getting There
Approximately 4 hours from Dallas. Take IH 35 South to Georgetown. Take Exit #261 and turn right on Hwy 29 West to Burnet. Continue approximately 34 miles. Turn left on Hwy 281 South (S. Water Street) and continue 14 milesto Marble Falls. Go through Marble Falls and cross over the bridge. Turn right on FM 2147 (Cottonwood Road) at the first light after the bridge. Go approximately 5.25 miles to the Main Security House Entrance. Take a right onto Horseshoe Bay Boulevard. Veer right into the circle and take the second right turn off of the circle which is Hi Circle. The hotel will be on your immediate left. Turn into THIRD driveway on your left for front Entrance (Valet or self park).
Discounted Accommodations
Make sure to mention that you are with the Dallas Bar Association to receive the discounted room rate of $169 per night. Exhibitors, please request the "Dallas Bar Vendor Block". This rate is available to conference attendees Wednesday through Saturday nights as long as space is available.

Horseshoe Bay Resort Policies
DEPOSIT POLICY
An advance deposit equal to one night's accommodation plus applicable tax per room guarantees your reservation. The deposit will be applied to the last night of the confirmed reservation and early departure will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are refundable upon notice at least 3 days prior to scheduled arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 3 days of arrival or no-show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Upon your arrival we will ask you to reconfirm the number of nights you will be staying. If you subsequently depart before that date, your advance deposit will be applied as an early departure fee.
